OUR EXPERIENCE WITH PRIVATE GROUPS
2018
Appalachian State University & Northwestern State University sent a group of eight anthropology students & two faculty members for an immersive summer course over the span of two months. At Casa R&R, they formed friendship with mexican, colombian and canadian exchange students, which helped them improve their spanish language skills! The convenience of walking to university campus matched their university experience at Boone, NC. Their stay at Casa R&R provided them with an immersive college exchange experience which created a real opportunity for their personal growth.
2022
After temporarily closing because of the pandemic, Casa R&R reopened to host the infantile and juvenile delegations from CODE-Guadalajara for the national synchronized swimming competition of 2022. During the course of three weeks, Casa R&R was filled with thirty young athletes, their parents, and trainers all united for one purpose: to perform at 100% during the national competition. Casa R&R facilitated the comfort needed to excel during the competition, the facilities served with the preparation of the rigorous diets, and all within walking distance from the competition venue at the Chetumal diving pool.
2024
Corporación Universitaria Minuto de Dios - UNIMINUTO Cali sent fifteen students and two professors to a program for improvement of practices, usages and knowledges in solid waste management to UAEQROO bay campus. Casa R&R happily hosted the group and facilitated additional services such as breakfasts, meals & dinners, as well as excursions to Bacalar & Mahahual beach sites. The location of Casa R&R allowed the group to maximize their time on the things that mattered the most during their stay, that is to learn in the university, to immerse in mexican caribbean culture, and to enjoy the blue warm caribbean waters.

OPTION A - Mixed Dorms for family trip
Book the Mixed Dorms Room 303 for a private group. The room can host up to 7 adults. Families travelling together can accommodate up to 5 additional children, for a total of 12 people. Price per night for this whole room at $199.00 USD per night. A minimum of three nights is required.
OPTION B - Dorms for a group of friends
Book the Female Dorms 302. Normally the room hosts up to 4 people, but two additional air beds can host up to 6 people. Price per night for this whole room at $149.00 USD per night. A minimum of three nights is required.
OPTION C - Two Dorms for a group of travellers
Book both dorms 302 & 303 for a group of travellers. Both rooms added together can comfortably accommodate 11 people, and up to a maximum of 18 people. Have both rooms for your private group at $299.00 USD per night. A minimum of three nights is required.
OPTION D - Whole Casa R&R
Book the whole Casa R&R. In total, the whole building can comfortably accommodate 30 people and to a maximum of 40 people distributed in the facilities. Have the whole Casa R&R for your own private group at $979.00 USD per night. A minimum of seven nights is required.
OPTION E - Whole Casa R&R + Additional Loft
If need to accommodate even more people, Casa R&R can facilitate additional space from next door building. In this way, it is possible to comfortably accommodate 36 people and to a maximum of 50 people distributed in the facilities. Have the whole Casa R&R plus an additional loft for your own private group at $1499.00 USD per night. A minimum of seven nights is required.
